WWOHP and small/petite almost 7 year old

My daughter is not going to be tall enough to go on most of the rides at WWOHP (except the small rollercoaster ride). Are there still things to do inside the castle that she can participate in but just not go on the rides themselves? Never seen the inside before but so not sure how its set-up.
 
There's nothing interactive in the castle, but there are things to see. If she's a HP fan definitely take her into the line with you. At Universal they do rider switch *inside* the line, near the seating area; they have a room (and I hear they play HP movies in there) where the under-height child and an adult sit and wait for the other adult to ride. Then you swap out! It's very civilized. :)
