
pl'smama!!! This is an awesome place to find support and inspiration. WW is such an great and effective program. I too am a repeat WWer, but this is the time I will not quit, and it's great to have the Wish boards for support. I've been having 1/2 cup egg beaters that I cook in the microwave on high fiber light toast with salsa for breakfast. It's only 2 points, but it definitely holds me over. I also have a mid morning snack at work- either oatmeal- (I like the weight control quaker), or a fiber one bar and a banana or yogurt. Welcome and good luck to you.
