WW: Point value for raw pizza dough in ounces?

We're making home made pizza's tonight, and I was wondering about point value for oz. of raw pizza dough. Thanks very much!

Ok, I looked it up on the Points Tracker online!

1 oz pizza dough = 2 pts
2 oz pizza dough = 3 pts
3 oz pizza dough = 4.5 pts
4 oz pizza dough = 6 pts
5 oz pizza dough = 8 pts
6 oz pizza dough = 9.5 pts
7 oz pizza dough = 11 pts

(we make modified pizzas on whole wheat pita bread. 1 pita bread round, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 1 ounce part skim moz cheese and mushrooms/peppers to top = 5 points)

Is this off of the e-tools , or WW online program. My complete food guide doesn't have pizza dough. TigH, are there a lot more foods listed on the online points tracker?

We make homemade pizza too. The first time I made it while on WW's, I took all the ingredients I was using and divide it by the number of slices. It came to 7 points per slice, so now I just use that each time we make it.

Hi, Melanie!

I joined WW online about a month ago and WOW! The points tracker has all sorts of food listed - from brand name items to generic things. And it's great because I can select from ounces, tablespoons, pounds, "item" etc. and get instant pt. counts!

I'm not sure how it compares to other WW point counters - this is the only experience I have with counting points (other than when I did WW back in the mid 90s when it first switched over to points, I think all we had then was a slide point calculator).

And hey, it's great to be back posting again!!!
