I have been thinking about joining WW. I actually played around with the idea of doing Nutrisystem because I like the idea of "portion controlled" meals. I am a cook and make everything from scratch, but I think my problem is that I wait until I am starving
and then grab something crappy (I know that I should grab fruit!). My question is really......Do WW "allow" you to supplement your "whole food, healthy cooking" with frozen Smart ones, like say for lunch, daily. And their pre packaged snacks at least in the beginning for the little help I need with the "portion size". I have heard that the Nutrisystem food is not good and WW has such a great reputation, so I am leaning in that direction. Also what "materials" should I expect to get at the 1st meeting? Thanks

WW does let you use the points from any frozen meal, i.e. SmartOnes, LeanCuisine. I use the online system and really like it. I haven't gone to a meeting but I think I will be adding that soon because I could use a little more motivation.
I like the SmartOnes entrees -- haven't had a bad one yet!
