how about cutting up some yellow squash, mushrooms, onions, and zucchini and stir-frying in PAM and add a touch of lite or fat-free italian dressing at the end of cooking. Sautee until soft, but I like a little tiny crunch too Or grill them instead

on top add: turkey pepperoni, 1/8 c mozz cheese and 2 tbsp lite italian -- should be close to 4 pts
or on top add: two hard boiled egg whites, 1/4 cup reduced fat cheese and 2 TBSP light ranch of some kind -- another close to 4 pts I believe
or on top add: one serving browned ground turkey or black beans, 1/4 c. RF shredded cheese and salsa for a taco salad
(probably could sneak in a few black olives too)
Bocca burger -- 2 pts -- top with mustard, dill pickles, tomato slices and just cut and eat, no bun
