Hi all!
I have been doing WW online since June and I love it - but I have a hard time using my 35 flex points when I get AP points. I know you are supposed to eat all the points available, but I really have a lot of them. I feel like the amount of food I can already eat with daily points and AP's is a lot. It seems like adding all the flex points on top of it would ruin the weight loss. I am losing, but slowly and while I'm okay with it, I want to make sure I'm not missing anything by not eating those points.
Actually - I guess I want to hear that it's okay to eat the flex points and still lose weight. I know that it's what they are for, but it seems like so much to me.
Thanks to anyone for advice or personal experience!

) but manage to lose each week. I don't count the activity points. I figure if I can stay at or under my points for the day and use the flex, all the activity is bonus!!
(walking, elliptical and arms 6-7 times a week)
