towards your AP? I went to an amusement park today for about 5-6 hours. Would you give yourself to 2-3 AP for this?

Personally, I do not count activity points, but I would certainly say that 5-6 hours in a theme park is exercise. However, I am not sure how to break it into tangible exercise for a points value. Maybe by bumping this back to the top someone can have an answer for you.

Cuz, I'd like more details if it was...just kidding.

If I keep on program at a park, I count the points. If I don't, I don't give myself the activity points bonus, I just hope that they balance out the junk I've eaten.

For example, when at Disney in February, I didn't count points at all (horrors) but felt comfortable that I did enough walking that it all evened out. I didn't gain any weight.

And I would never, ever exercise before going to a park. You'll never find me staying at the Yacht Club, for example, just so I can walk to Epcot for the extra exercise. If you ever do, get me in a 12 step (get it? 12 step?) program because I'm Disneygoof, and I'm an exerholic. Or is it exerexic?

not a WW answer but
since I count steps on a pedometer
I would/will definately be counting wherever I go
