WW corn bread- help

I made the ww cornbread from the ww cook book and they were dry and awful. I did substitute the sugar for splenda and the egg for egg beaters.

Has anyone ever tried them or do you have a better receipe?

I also made the WW corn bread and found it to be very dry - did you use the cream corn recipe?
 
No I used the low fat buttermilk. I am thinking of macking it next time with corn.
 
go to WW online and get on the community boards!!! It is free and those people know EVERY recipe and how to make it better!!

I once made bluberry corn bread like muffins..ick...

I'd rather eat REAL bread a few times a month than cardboard bread every day

and I am a CARB addict btw!!
