WS Germany during Oktoberfest

During a trip in October of 2001 we noticed that Epcot had put up Oktoberfest decorations in Germany. They were up when we arrived on Oct. 12th but were gone a few days later. I was wondering if anyone knew when these decorations were put up or where I could find this out? We thought they were really neat and added more atmosphere to an already great setting. Thanks.

Yes, also wondering if there is any added entertainment or anything special that is done to celebrate Oktoberfest during this time (obviously in addition to the everyday happenings). Thank you!
