Wrong Stateroom

I am booked onthe Oct 17th sailing of the Wonder. I recently received my documents & noticed I was put into the wrong room. I booked 5520, but was put into 5524. I have not heard of this happening before. I have documentation from my reservation with my TA & an email that I was to be in 5520. My TA does not appear to be able to do anything about it. When she called DCL, she was told there were no other quad rooms available. Anyone have any suggestions for my next step?
I have mentioned (to the TA), upgrades, on board credit but to no avail. I will ask at the port again, but I think this is going to be a full ship.

We were in 5520 last month nice room. SIL was in 5522, nice also. Didn't see 5524. i do think that 5524 had the most obstructions outside the windows though with the life raft barrels. Besides that, the same person will be caring for your room. Enjoy the trip...

Also, 5524 has an adjoining door to 5522, which might be noisier if you have noisy neighbors. 5520 does <I>not</I> have an adjoining door. It does seem odd that your documents would arrive putting you in a different stateroom, without them notifying you of the change in advance.

Wow, I just checked my docs after reading your post and mine gave me a different stateroom than I was told I'd be getting as well. 8032 rather than 8532. I'm not to sure I want to be right under Common Grounds, does anyone know how the overhead noise is there?

I have pics of the adjoining rooms 5522/5524 on my website. 5524 is the most obstructed with double stacked barrells in front of the porthole. Rooms 5520 and 5020 are the only secret porthole rooms that are NOT adjoining -- so probably have less noise. Plus, they are the least obstructed.
