Wrong silver member gift????

So, I decided to clean out our coat closet and came across the bag we got after our second cruise. Let me first say that dh and I took a Disney cruise for our honeymoon back in 2001. Our second cruise wasn't until 2014. We went as a 50th wedding anniversary celebration with his parents and siblings. None of them had been on a cruise before. About 2-3 weeks before the cruise we received a box that had all our cruise info in it. The box also contained a sling bag in it (Alaska cruise). I just noticed today that it says Disney World Resort on it not Disney Cruise Line. We were the only ones to receive this bag, I figured it was because none of the others had been on a cruise before. We received lanyards once we got on the ship. At the time I wasn't aware of this message board, so I didn't know that the gifts are put in the cabins and not sent to you before hand. Has anyone else every received their gifts in the mail or gotten a bag that says RESORT on it? My in-laws used a travel agent to arrange everything for all of us, I wonder if the bag was from her? If so, it seems odd she'd send it to only us, plus you'd think we would have also gotten one from Disney in our cabin. It's a white and blue canvas sling type of bag. Do you receive these if you stay in a Disney resort? And yes, I know it all happened nearly 3 yrs ago, but just noticed it today and am curious.

Our first cruise we received 2 very nice Disney bags in the mail before our cruise, they were sent by our travel agent. Might be the case for you also.

It's probably from the travel agent. They sometimes have random promotions like free stuff. They might not always advertise it and make it seem like a surprise.

You didn't get any sort of bag in your room? You should have gotten something (just one gift per room with a Castaway member in it).
