Wrong Resort showing in MDE

Hi everyone! We arrive on Saturday for our stay at Boulder Ridge. When we originally booked I had us booked at Boardwalk villas but then later switched by modifying our reservation so the reservation number obviously never changed. MDE shows Boardwalk Villas though no matter if I look on the web or via the app on my phone. Is there a way to get this to reflect Boulder Ridge? I even went onto the DVC website to confirm that we are indeed staying at Boulder Ridge and even made sure the confirmation number matched.

Do online check in. That usually updates the resort.

Complete or redo online check in. That should trigger MDE to update.

We has a similar problem during a stay at the Beach Club Villas at Christmas time. DVC cast member services said we had to call Tech support and they gave me the number. Be prepared to spend a long time on hold or you can request a call back around the time the call would have been connected.
We did the call back and tech support had the problem fixed in 5 minutes. Our MDE was showing only on night when it was suppose to be two nights.
It was right on our DVC account but not our MDE account.
