Wrong photos

For the last several times, it's always had the wrong photo on my account (none of us are in the picture on the ride). I just delete them, but is there any way to get the right photo? And if they get that for you, would they always expect you to buy it?

They will find the correct photos for you whether you buy them or not. Just tell them the approx. time and anything to identify your group.

How annoying. I hope this doesn't happen with memory maker - well only get one go on ToT and I want the video!

If you are still on site go to a kiosk at a deluxe resort. We straightened out ours at the memory maker kiosk in Beach club.
