WRONG Photopass+ CD?

I finally got a chance to sit down to go through our Photopass+ CD, and I found out they were the pictures of another family.

My pictures have now expired.

Is there ANY way I can get them back? Or possibly hope that someone on here also had this happen and they are mine?

What do I do?

I emailed the Photopass help section, but I am a wreck. All of these magical pictures I had of my family are gone.

How long ago was your trip? Is it the actual CD or are you talking about the website?

Knowing that, maybe we can guide you better. Crossing my fingers that they can be found.

We were there August 11-18 for my twins 5th Birthday and our 10th anniversary. My sister and parents came with us as well.

The actual CD we were mailed belongs to some other family.

I feel awful for them as well. It looks like they met the princesses and their boy & girl danced together with them.

I've looked back on the website where I placed the order, and all the photos except for the Pirates League are gone.

I would call immediately and see if there's anything they can do.

Call them. I would about bet that they can fix it for you. We have gotten bad CDs before (blank or big chunks of missing photos) and even though our pictures had expired they had no trouble retrieving them and sending us new CDs.

Thank you all! We called, and they were slated for deletion, but the lady managed to find it and reinstate them for a new order.
