Wrong Dates on DME

We went to the world a few weeks ago and DH flew home mid trip to work. We drove down and home; he drove down with us and flew home. It took 3 calls and 3 booklets for them to get his time correct. The first packet had him flying home the day we checked out. The second one had him flying home the day we checked in. Each time I said the day and date--as Friday June 25; neither of the first 2 times did they get this right.
We are going in September and my DD in college is flying down for a long weekend. We will drive down without her and she will join us mid week and drive home with us. I just called to add her to the hotel ressie and gave them her arriving flight day, date, time, and flight number. I even inquired if I had to pay for her 3rd adult charges all 9 nights since she was only staying 3. The confirmation came through and her DME shows her flying in the day we check in and flying out the day we check out. Do they not listen to a word we say????? I can call again tomorrow to hope to get this fixed, but after the last trip, I hardly expect it to be done in just one call. Can I get it taken care of once we are there since we will arrive almost a week before her?

I love Disney, am thankful for DME, and am sorry to rant so, but it is shocking to me to have such incompetence last time and again.

It will not matter for the flight in, as long as she has the voucher. For the flight home, I would just take care of it at guest services there.

Okay.....I can understand your upset. It is annoying to provide the correct info and have it wrong. But....the thing to keep in mind is this. DME is based on the days you are actively at the resort. If someone arrives at a later date, but still within the resort reservation dates, there is no need to have correct flight info. My dh has flown down to join us several days after our arrival, with absolutely no problem. He has flown home earlier than us, and again..no problem.
The only time the info has to be correct is the departure info. Flight times are what DME bases their pickup times on. So..it's always a good idea to be sure to doublecheck (especially if someone is leaving at a different day and time) at the front desk. Give them the correct info.

Again...it really doesn't matter. Your dd will be fine. DME does not need to show that she is arriving several days later. When she gets to MCO, if she goes to the counter to checkin for DME, she can give them her correct departure info. If she doesn't get to the counter (but is sent right to the bus lines), you can go to the front desk and get the correct departure info to DME that way. Just be sure to do it a few days before she is due to leave. I would actually do it the day she arrives.
