Yesterday, I was asked to give the invocation (short prayer) at the beginning of my college graduation in almost a month! I am extremely honored to be doing this, and I have to write the prayer on my own...has anyone done this before? Know of any good sites with examples? It just have to be something short...I'm think 4 or 5 lines!
PLEASE CROSS YOUR FINGERS FOR ME, say a prayer, or sprinkle some pixie dust....I will be taking my comprehensive exams in history (need to pass to graduate) in just 3 short hours...one question from american, european, and non western history....extremely nervous and feeling sick! If you don't get an A on them, you don't graduate with School honors (I'll still be graduating magna cum laude and have gotten into a few honor societies)....it's just so much to remember! And, I won't get my grades for at least a week which will leave me going crazy! Wish me luck!
