writing under username

where do you go to write things under your username? I can't find it anywhere!

You can edit it in your User CP ("edit your profile" I think) but you also have to wait either a certain amount of days or a certain number of posts (can't remember which) before you can change it from "Welcomed Guest" (someone said you can do it after 75 posts, but I have no idea)

Its when you have been here 30 days/ or have posted 75 posts I think.. which ever comes first.
