Are the possible times for a WP wedding 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 5pm, and 8pm?

Is this for a custom?

I believe the times are different depending on the day of the week and the type of wedding. I had a custom on the weekend, and the choices that I had were 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
