Hubby and I have been dreaming of something for years now. And ever since my dad passed away, life has been just CRAZY!!! So Fred, unbeknown to me, did the homeowrk and got us approved for a Home loan. We are buying our first ever HOME!!!
Yes HOME!. We have lived in a manufactured home for almost 18 years.
So after going through these hurricanes this summer, hubby decided it was time to just DO IT!!! My brother in law is a draftsman and will be doing our design and lay out. We are so excited. We will be building in the county but our addy will be Daytona Beach.
It will be a 3 BD 2 bath, with living room and DISNEY Family room!
With lots of POOH!! hmmmm wonder why? So we will have one bedroom for us of course, a guest room, and another guest room that will also serve as an office/bear room for my bear collection.
I am just so very excited, can you tell?? I asked Fred when he told me, "Are you kidding me???" I called him a couple hours later to make sure it was him I was talking to. I just cannot believe it. We've been planning and dreaming for so long. But soon it will be a reality.
This thing will be built to withstand winds of 140MPH. How about that?? So Ed, you and Donna can come to Daytona next summer to ride out the "canes" with us. June and Bob, Michele, Manny, Dana, Micheal, kids, you too, and whoever else. We'll have a hurricane /Disney / pin trading party. WOO HOO!!
