Ok I just got an email from my coach... My friends dad died last night

But ya know what the weird thing is?

I had this dream last night and I was talking to someone...a friend I guessed cuz I was sleeping over and I was like "why do you have an extra bed?" (cuz they did) and the person was like "cuz my dad died" Woah

I'm so sorry.
My friend's mom just died 2 days ago...so, I dont know how to completely answer your question since I myself, don't know how I will be able to help my friends.
But I do know, just support her and be her shoulder to cry on.
