I CAN NOT believe what a horrible experience Kevin had!!!:scared1: Dude, I am soooooo sorry for you. Has anyone else had awful experiences like this anywhere else in WDW?????

I was a server for about a year while I was in high school, and to see a manager acting like that is UNBELIEVABLE. Did he really think talking to you like that was goign to help? I mean, even if you WERE making a lot of racket, being like that is only going to make it worse.

I was in disbelief just listening to it. Almost couldn't believe the story it was so ridiculous.

I am never going there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Doesn't sound good....I need to listen to the Podcast when I get to work.

That manager needed to put on his "big boy boots" and take control of that situation! Ultimately, the restaurant manager is responsible for every aspect of the restauraunt, from the cold food, to the untrained waiter.

One of the few things that really get me steamed is someone in charge who just won't take responsibility for the bad as well as the good parts of their job!

I'm a server and tend to be forgiving if someone seems new, stressed or just plain having a bad day, but I NEVER forgive out and out rudeness!

Sorry that you had this very undisney experience!:sad2:

Well, don't cxl that yet - don't want to give anything away, but listen first.

Ok thats a little reassuring. I'll listen to the review first. It is funny to see posts titled "I'll murder you in your restaurant" and the others and have no clue whats going on. :rotfl:
 
I couldn't believe how horrible they treated Kevin! Wow... where is the Disney magic? :confused3 It seems like the prices keep going up (understandable in this economy), but the service is going way down.

I would be curious to know if Disney ever gets wind of this situation if they would contact Kevin to apologize. I know Pete says that they monitor the boards, etc.

BTW... Kevin should get hazardous duty pay for having to put up with these situations! :scared1:
 
O h . m y . w o r d :eek: Amazing experience, Kevin. I'm sure the manager will hear this podcast. When you started the review, I thought "maybe we should switch one of our ADR's to there" but NO WAY. :sad2:

Phew, I was starting to worry, we had the best time at AP last year and are going again in Dec ;)

Just gotta wait til DH finishes Guitar Hero 3 and I'll have a listen :thumbsup2
