WOW WL Concierge booked out 2/25-3/6

Wow - just called to upgrade to concierge for our trip 2/25 - 3/6, and there is no availability!!!! I am so bummed. This would have been a wonderful surprise, but oh well...I guess at least I won't have to worry about getting the view I really want now...that's the upside of staying with our "inner courtyard" room ressie.

The CRO agent did suggest trying back closer in - as they do get cancellations. Anyone ever have any luck with this?

I have had luck with calling back. On our last trip, the same thing happened to me. A CM told me there was no availablility and I was really bummed. Two days later I called back and was told there was plenty of availability. Keep trying! Good Luck!

Cancellation policy is five days out for room only. You should call back about a week prior and I wouldn't be surprised to see something open up.

That happened with us for our Nov/Dec 2005 trip. One day the TA called and no availability in concierge and then a couple weeks later ... lots and lots of rooms!

Keep trying!

We just got back yesterday and we tried to upgrade but it was all booked. We had inner courtyard and our room was great. We could see the creek. We were on the same level as the lobby so it was nice and easy to get everywhere. Our room had bunk beds. It was room 2121 and I loved it! Have a great trip.
