Wow what an UN Magical Day!!!

DS and I are spending his Bday and Christmas/New Years in Disney. I called a few days ago for day of check in 12/19 and booked that day +10. Yesterday I called and booked day 11 (12/30), no problems at all. Today, forget about it! Why did I bother setting alarm for early call? I was told by CM that person that booked my 12/30 would be reported as they were not supposed to do that and that I cannot make my NYE ressie until Friday. Someon please explain that to me? Anyway she was very short with me and then offered to transfer me to MS. I held for them for 15 mns and hung up as I need to get ready for work. I am fuming.

Ok I called back again and was able to get a helpful CM who explained the 180+10 and confirmed that I would then call day by day to book any additional dining reservations. She booked me with no problems and apoligized for the wrong info from the other CM.

I'm glad that worked out for you. Many CM give out inaccurate information. If you don't think something is right, always call back to get a different CM.
