WOW what a trip!!! EE and POTC! YIPPEE

I was having so many just pinch me moments on our trip and I will do a full blown trip report but I have to give some quick highlights on these 2 rides
First off EE is AMAZING!! My 12 year old loved it along with my DH and I - dd*8 not so much. But that Yeti is one of the coolest things I have seen at Disney. The ride was surprisingly more intense than I expected but I loved it and got to ride it twice (oh and was able to get our free ride photo thanks to the budget board!!)
Now POTC ... Jack Sparrow is THE most amazing thing!!! The manerisms they were able to recreate in that robot are incredible. I had heard that Johnny Depp was in Disney(never got to see him ... he was said to be at the YC..) And I would have sworn it was really him on that ride in one of the scenes! but that being said if you don't love Johnny Depp I think they kind of ruined the ride.. if that makes sense. They did add one cool effect and the hairy foot is still there.... but it was missing something* don't get me wrong I rode it 5 times to get a good look at Jack Sparrow! And on one of my trips there was a guy snapping away with his camera so I am sure it is online someplace. Can a robot be hot? Any questions I would be happy to answer.
The trip was GREAT!! We did every EMH AM that we could- generally skipped the PM ones because it got so crowded.

Thanks for the update! Great to hear that you've had a good time! Lucky you to ride the updated POTC, I cannot wait!

And thanks for also adding a speculation (or is it confirmed?) that Johnny Depp stayed at the YC, I always wondered where he would stay if he went there...At least he stayed consistent with the "ocean theme" that we all attribute to him now!

We were there the last week in June and had a great time also, got to ride EE 4 times and just loved it. DS and DDIL loved it also, I got to snap a pic of them while on the ride. Will be reading your report. Glad you had a great time.
