I was concerned because we moved about 30 days prior to our vacation...

I called the reservation line and spoke to a fantastic cast Member named Luke! Totally put my mind at ease and assured me that nothing that might/might not come in the mail would affect our travel/check in process. He was genuinely concerned that we were 100% satisfied and left us with a warm fuzzy. He actually answered the line singing a "zip a dee doo dah...zip a dee day" parody.

Kudo's to Luke for his warm and engaging demeanor and Kudos to Disney for providing a resource like him.
 
So nice to hear! Have you considered contacting guest services to let them know of your positive experience with Luke? It's EASY, it's FUN and it will put a WAG in EVERYBODY'S TAIL!!

By the time I hung up the phone I felt I had been transported to an alternate universe. His happiness and joy literally jump through the phone :goodvibes
 

At least your move is recent enough your mail is still getting forwarded. We moved 6 years ago and just yesterday my package packet with my luggage tags, vouchers, etc went to my old address! Fortunately we're acquaintances with the people in our old house and they called my husband. I have taken at least 3 three Disney trips since the move and have never had this happen, and I booked this over the phone where you verify your address and phone number with each call. I still haven't received my ME express packet, I plan to call today but hope it's not already been mailed....to the old address! :confused3
