That was really quick! I would think that they would take it out when we return the paperwork! I guess there's no turning back now..not that that was ever a thought...I've read on here how people hold on to their contracts for so long. is that while DVC is holding your money???

I am sooooooo excited. I can't wait for paperwork to arrive! Will it be fed ex'd or US mail? I've been looking out the window for that FedEx truck to come! lol...

I forgot to mention I called my guide on Sunday and gave the ok...that's why i'm saying it was quick. Especially since there was a holiday yesterday!

They have always done it that way, they process the deposit immediately. You are officially a member when that deposit is processed, you could make a reservation now. You could back out and get your deposit back but I think they want that deposit first as "good faith" to go the expense of processing the paperwork.

Welcome home! they did ours quick too- makes good business sense I guess. I did specifically ask about being able to get a refund if we change our mind before signing the contract (or if we didn't like something in the contract) and he said that was possible.

Thank you everyone!!! We actually went with the deal they have going at HHI
$80/pp no closing cost. Also I was able to buy in with only 100 points and will just add on when they have good incentives and also I guess you will get the preferred rate as long as you are current on your initial purchase. I am fine with going anytime of the year so the 7 month window is okay with us.

I am soooooo happy right now! first I got my Dyson and now DVC!!! I feel like I won the lotto!

Welcome Home! If you have a Disney Chase Visa card... and put the Deposit on it, you will not only get Disney Points, but I believe they still offer 6 months interest free on the transaction.
