WOW - Saturday MS is crazy

I called 20 minutes ago and got an "up to 25 minute wait message". I just called back and got a 30 minute wait message!!!!

Certainly not ideal hold times, so I may wait until Monday but it will be interesting to see if this is typical (would love to hear from other Saturday callers) what it does to dues when you factor in the new coverage hours and excessive 800 phone bill. JMHO

I just spent a total of 45 minutes on the phone with them. The message says due to members making their holiday plans............. Oh well, at least I finshed all my things pertaining to my reservation!

I called MS today too and got the 25 minute wait message. It really only took about 15 minutes until I spoke with a CM.

I too called today, it was really busy, it took me 45 minutes but I got everything done that needed to be plus the CM was very nice and explained alot to me when I asked question. So the wait was worth it....

If it continues to be so busy on Saturdays, I'm sure DVC/MS will consider expanding the hours - maybe to a full day.

For me, waiting 45 minutes on saturday morning is still better than waiting until monday.
