I went today to see if they had the B1/Get 1 free sale and they did. 
I also had a 30% off coupon that I could use too.
Then, (I spent $110, got 3 outfits, a calendar, 10 webkinz clothes, and 6 ornaments) I also got over $100 in Too Bucks.
The store is changing over to Justice after the new year, but she said all gift cards, exchanges, and coupons will be valid for quite some time.
