Yes, they will leave a message. I was not home for my own call from them. I called them back and after a moment they gave me my payout info. I don't think they did anything by email-at least they didn't with my transaction, but that was a year ago and maybe they changed.

Well, it's just about 3:30 and I still haven't gotten a call. According to FedEx, it was delivered at 10:15 AM. Can you tell I am anxious?

I was in the same boat yesterday. I went to their website and did an online chat with one of their agents. I inquired as to the status of my package. At that point, they told me they had just finished and to call in. That's exactly what I did.

I know they are open until 6. The nasty weather in the NE may be causing a delay.

Well, that didn't work with me. I chatted. The operator was very brief and took forever to respond. After waiting a good 5 mins, I typed "Hello, are you still there?" A couple minutes later, he said "call in," and ended the chat. I called and they confirmed that my package was received and said I should receive a call no later than tomorrow...?????

I shipped mine to USGB yesterday. Got a call at 4:52 today. I had sent a gold bracelet and ring. The hotel gold people offered me $54. USGB offered me $160. Quite a difference. I accepted.

Hey. I got my call too. $710.10, not bad. Apparently, I need my eye glass prescription renewed, lol. What I sent was a combo of 10-14k stuff, roughly 3 ounces, but that included some stones of low quality. I happily accepted!

So glad I found this thread. We leave for Orlando in 12 days. That's a nice amount to add to the spending allowance!
