Just called DVC Member Services because I have a question about a resort reservation that I can't ask online. I got a recording telling me to call back later, and then it disconnected! What in the world?
 
That happened to me three times yesterday and three times this morning. For me, the next time was the charm. I waited 45 min, but I got done with what I needed. I hope you get through. I was so frustrated. I needed to cancel the MC because of an operation! All done.

I am so sorry. It is so frustrating. I just still don’t get why they can’t do the call back system. No reason IMO

Thank you! It should improve some things! No matter when I scheduled surgery, I would be missing something. Since the DVCMC seems iffy, I decided to forego that. It means I also cancelled some pretty good rooms over 4th of July period, so some waitlist folks should be happy, or stalkers!

Well, once you are back to you you can make it up!!

And finally did my RIV stay!! Only one night but made it the top! My stays will always include a few nights here!!!

Well, our 4th of July had us two nights RIV studio. When I moved to Sept, again I have 2 nights, and again in a studio! DH especially wants to be there. I was thrilled that it will happen.

For other companies, the call back system is wonderful! Used it several time with airlines and worked great.

What boggles is that ticketing has it and it was great. Just don’t get why DVC has not asked whomever they need to to get it in place.
