i follow several FB groups and someone just posted that all Disneyland parking lots are full and people can't get in! I guess everyone really wanted one last ride on the train!!!

Anyone there today? How is it?

Hmmm - a certain touring planning website had the crowd level at 2 of 10. Guess they didn't factor in the "better go now after a week of rain and see things before they close for a year (or forever)"

I was there today with my daughter from opening until about 2ish - It felt very light to me in the morning. The crowds were definitely picking up as we were heading out. The lines for the train were quite long.

I left about 11:15 this morning and it was picking up then. We just tried heading back and Toy Story was really closed and and all the electric signs said all parking was full. We decided to head to Long Beach instead. In 8 years of coming to the parks never had this happen.

If the lots have hit capacity are the parks themselves close to it?

Well Long Beach was a bust and came back and Toy Story is open. We are in line for the buses and are going to go brave the crowds.:flower1:

I was there today and the parks were not too bad, but parking was a nightmare. Got off the 5 at Harbor/Ball to go to Mickey and Friends at 8:15 for a 9:00 opening. Cars were backed up pretty much all the way from the lots down Ball to Harbor. By the time we got up to M&F lot, they were rerouting people down to Toy Story and that took the better part of an hour due to lane closures and just obnoxious drivers refusing to merge. I understand not merging when people are trying to cut out their wait time, but this was different. There were all kinds of lane closures and re-routing that forced people to have to merge. I wish Disney had some traffic control in place when this happens to help people merge in.

We finally got into the park after 10 and had a great day. We rode lots of great rides with minimal waits... did not try to do the train or Mark Twain or Columbia or the rest of the things that will be going down because we usually do take some time to enjoy those so I did not feel like I HAD to get one last ride. We did go over to the ranch and say good bye to the animals.

I wish I was there today for the last Aladdin show and a final meal at Big Thunder Ranch. I saw the posts on social media and the Aladdin fastpass line was insane! I would have to assume this had to cause some of the traffic today.

I'm pretty sure most people in the parks were trying to see Aladdin and eat at the Big Thunder Ranch. I'm pretty sure that is what I would be doing if I were in the parks! :)
