ORLANDO, Fla. The man who was cleared of molestation charges while playing Tigger at Walt Disney World is in trouble again, this time after playing Goofy.
The man is again being suspended from his job -- after two photographers claimed he shoved them in the chest.
The photographers said at first they thought it was a friend of theirs joking around. They say they later saw Michael Chartrand take off his Goofy head, and realized it wasn't their friend.
Chartrand's lawyer says the man was just "goofing around because he was Goofy."
The man was suspended earlier this year after a 13-year-old accused him of fondling her while he was dressed as Tigger. A jury acquitted him of those charges, and he returned to work.
