Would'nt it be just awesome to be able to pick our hotel room at our resort when we book our package like we can with our cabins on DCL!! Just a thought.

Something of a logistical nightmare for the resorts though. On a ship, all the guests pretty much arrive and leave at the same time. At the resorts, people come and go all the time and many also change their dates more than a couple of times.

It would be awesome. There isn't a hotel in the world that does this, but it would certainly be great if we could do that at WDW.

it would be a start if you pay for a preferred room, to actually get it!!!
Both times i had payed for preferred and got a standard instead. 2nd trip i made sure they moved us to pref, which they did the next day.
