Would YOU work for Disney?

Id love to either be guest communicator on a Disney Cruise (with DBF on same ship as engineer - he's a marine engineer anyway!)

Or be a wedding planner, I get to do a little bit of that at work now so it would be great to move up into a place I have a real passion for!!

Hi all first time posting here, this is a question I have given a lot of thought to a my wife and I are starting our green card application soon and Florida is the hopefully destination. I would love to work at. WDW I also am looking for a slower paces job so anything in the parks would be good. Imagineering would probably suit my skill set best in either a project planning or engineering field, other than that I fancy guest services or VIP tour guide.

Welcome - I love your DIS name!! :goodvibes

Good luck with your green card app - sounds like you would be living a dream :goodvibes

I must be the only person who had to think about the answer. Yes I would love to work for Disney but not in the parks. I'd be frightened that one day I'd drive under the 'Welcome to Disney' sign and not get the usual buzz. Orlando is our special place and we love it so much that I never want to lose that tingle and excited feeling.

I,m retired now but I would go at a minutes notice !!!! Two of my choices have already been mentioned, behind the scenes in the sewing room ... all those costumes :lovestruc or I would like to be Fairy Godmothers understudy. I dressed as her for Mickeys Halloween last year and loved it. :cloud9:

It has been mentioned in the past I could apply for a job as one of the dwarfs, but I,ve always disregarded that suggestion.

As a 10 year old I wanted to be a character but since I find it difficult to cope with the heat and humidity in shorts and t-shirt I think thats out of the question. So my 'grown up' choice would be the CM on the mic on the trams to and from the carparks :cloud9:

I would love to be a godmother at BBB, making little girls into princesses all day - it's not really work is it?
I would also like to work at the shop at OKW, they were so relaxed and laid back i think i could do that.:goodvibes

I would but I would definitely prefer google because they are doing much more to keep their employees happy :)

I suspect a spammer trying to get their post count up so they can inflict us with their rubbish

Realistically I'd love to be a bartender at one of the resorts. Perferably in an airconditioned restaurant :) Of course being an imagineer would be a dream job.
