So maybe there is hope for an adults only TIME at the signature restaurants after all?

I wouldn't count on it. At V&A's, families who want to bring their children would be the minority, so disallowing children is in their best interest to satisfy the overwhelming majority of their customers. This simply isn't the case with any other signature restaurant. And even if there were such a time set aside, when would it be?
