I haven't been to Blue Bayou yet but I love the Monte Cristo at Cafe Orleans. Dole whip and the Disneyland carousel.

Monte Cristo at Blue Bayou...I LOVE the gumbo that it's served with at BB, and the price of the sandwich + gumbo is pretty much the same at Cafe Orleans, but without the magical BB atmosphere.

Dole Whip...preferably whilst in the Tiki Room!

Disneyland carousel...although I do like the seahorses on the DCA carousel.

WOC or Fantasmic? Neither for now until the crowds are minimized

Non-swinging Fun Wheel...otherwise it's the Vomit Wheel for me

Haunted Mansion, or Haunted Mansion Holiday? To me, the original is the best

WOC, though I admit I haven't seen the DL river based show in almost 20 years. Crowds get there too early.

Non-swinging, I hate ferris Wheels.

Original, I love the holiday one though.
I think I would rather stay at the Grand, just for proximity.
I would bring back the people mover.
