Hello :)
So.. DH and I will be going to WDW November 3-10
(We have been several times before, but the 2 last times it was just DD and I..
Don`t remember the last time DH where there, but probably around 6 years ago)

Right now I feel a bit overwhelmed in my planning and need some help...

Saturday November 3 - We come from Norway, and our plane arrive in Orlando around 7. p.m.
So I guess we would not be at our hotel before 9.30 p.m? (We are staying at POP)
Check into the resort and have some food at the food court.

Sunday November 4 - I was so "lucky" to get BF at BOG at 10.25 a.m
Maybe we will be there at Rope Drop and stay until around 1. pm?

Then HOP over to AK and we had dinner there at TS at 5.50 p.m.
Will have to cancel that one, because I want to see Rivers of Light and really experience AK at night.
AK has NOT been my favorite park, but maybe that would change...

I could also cancel my reservation at BOG... But I really wanted DH to experience that restaurant for BF.

Plan 1 = Half day at MK and half day at AK
Plan 2 = Stay the whole day at MK or do something different in the afternoon
Plan 3 = Stay all day at AK

Monday November 5
This day is actually OPEN so far.. No ADR`S or Park day planned
We could go shopping at the Outlets OR we could spend a day at UNIVERSAL
(Dh has not been there in many years)

Tuesday November 6
EPCOT day
Be there at Rope drop and eat Breakfast??? (Could be QS or TS)
We have dinner reservation at 1900 Park Fare at 4.25 pm so we would leave the park for dinner, and then come back after dinner.

Wednesday November 7
We have no plans in the morning or for the day, but maybe visit a park, shopping etc
Reservations for dinner at California Grill at 5.40 p.m.
Suggestions for the rest of this day?

Thursday November 8
I have a reservation for lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern for 1.25 pm (I could change that one)
We have tickets to MVMCP that evening so I thought it would be good to have a sit down meal before the party starts

Friday November 9
HS day
We have a reservation for 50`s Prime Time at 3.45
No plans for BF or Dinner yet.
We would like to see the Christmas shows at HS this day/night

Saturday November 10
Departure day... But our flight is not until 8.15 pm
Any suggestions for this day?

We have 7 day Park hoppers and I would probably be upgrading mine to an AP when we get there, because I am going back to WDW with my choir next summer (YAY)

We are also on the Dining Plan
I see I have some TS meals down, but only 1 QS so far.

Have been going "wild" with ordering Matching T-shirts (Have to stop now, But it is sooo difficult)

Any feedback, suggestions, tips etc for my plan would be great... because my head has "stoped"
Parks, Meals, etc....

Thank you, best from Adèle Marie

Not sure why you think you need to cancel your 5:50 ADR at AK to see RoL. You should be fine. I would go with your plan for the 4th. For your unplanned days, I would go spend the day in EP for Food and Wine - there will be a lot to try and you may even want to do a demo or two

Thank you.. I was using Touring plans and according to them it says ROL will show at 6. p.m.?
Not sure if that is true or not?

This would be very difficult for me, BUT, I think I would wait to plan those open days based on which FP+ I could get. You're going to want to do Flights of Passage more than once, so that would be my first one to try for on both Sun evening and then your open days, including your departure day. Please try to get that one twice; you won't regret it. Then you have Slinky Dog Dash at HS. Try first on your planned HS day, but if not available, go for one of the open days. At EP, you'll want one for TT and one for Soarin', and can't do them on the same day. MK hard to get is Seven Dwarfs. Since you have hoppers, you have a lot of flexibility.

Don't cancel your AK ADR until times for ROL come out. You MIGHT be okay with where it is.

Thank you... I have not been planning this much since our first visit back in 2001 "Lol"
I will have to put in some SHOPPING here too... just not to much... (Orlando is the ONLY PLACE DH actually "likes" shopping)
We have talked about an Universal day, but now I am not so sure...
Maybe it will be "Too much" and since DD and I are going back in June 2019 we can do Universal then.

Forgot to say that we would also be celebrating DH 50´s birthday on this trip..

We rode Flights of Passage once when DD and I was there last summer, and it was GREAT.
At Epcot we Love Soarin and walk around all the lands..
I have not been riding Seven Dwarf at MK, or TLM ride... so they are a MUST

Slinky Dog Dash and Tower of Terror at HS
(and many more)

We have dinner reservation at 1900 Park Fare at 4.25 pm so we would leave the park for dinner, and then come back after dinner.

This is the only thing I really disagree with. You will be there during Food & Wine, I would take advantage and have lunch and dinner at the various booths.

Yes, but I really want to experience 1900 Park Fare also :) Too much to see and do in one week :)

Yes.. that is what I found out also....
I could change my reservation for TH later, we have never eaten there, but I wold have like to eat Breakfast there instead of dinner.
Only way that I could do that on Sunday 4`th is to cancel my BOG reservation (And I KNOW how hard it is to get those :)

Why don't you change your TH reservation to after ROL? That way you can do both :) I've been to dinner twice there and I've found it pretty enjoyable!

The dinner at 1900 Park Fare is SOOOO fun!!! We did that a few years ago, and the step sisters were a riot. Anastasia kept yelling at the step mother that she wanted my daughters Minnie Mouse dress. She had my daughter in stitches.

Here are some suggestions based on some of my own peferences.

Sun Nov 4 - I would go with plan 1 and do a MK/AK split. Keep your BOG for breakfast and move your AK ADR to after ROL so you can do both.

Mon Nov 5 - You have a 7 day ticket, so you have enough to cover this day at a Disney park. If you really want to shop, I would do that in the morning and then head to a park for the afternoon/evening. Based on your other plans, I would probably opt for MK so you could take in the fireworks show that evening. If you did want to take advantage of F&W at EP the next day, this would be a good place to move your 1900PF dinner since it is easily accessible from MK via monorail.

Tues Nov 6 - If you do move the 1900PF to the day before, then I would book a nice TS breakfast somewhere (Garden Grill at EP is great) and then take advantage of F&W for later in the day.

Wed Nov 7 - I would do AK for the earlier part of the day. You will have taken in the night stuff earlier in your trip, so you could use this time to enjoy some of your favourite attractions. You should be able to get a FOP fastpass since it will be day 5 of your trip (assuming you are staying on property). Then enjoy a nice relaxing evening at Cali Grill and at your resort or even touring some of the other monorail resorts.

Thurs Nov 8 - If you have some shopping that you didn't get to on your previous shopping day, you could do some on this morning. I like your plan to have a nice lunch in MK before MVMCP. I would probably put it even a little bit later to time yourself to be done closer to the start of the party. That would give you more flexibility with whatever you end up doing in the morning.

Fri Nov 9 - Looks like a good plan to me. Not a lot of good choices for breakfast at DHS, but maybe take advantage of some of the good resort breakfasts. We like Boma, Kona & 'Ohana the most.

Sat Nov 10 - Since you have the ticket for this day, I would use it and probably just choose last minute the park that you feel you most want to re-visit.

oh you are right - its at 6:30. That's so odd that its so early

Don't know if you want to rework all your suggestions, but MK CLOSES at 4:30 on the 5th, so no fireworks for OP on this date.

All my plans could be changes, except Thursday (we have Christmas Party tickets) and Friday.. at least.. in the evening, because we would like to see the Christmas show at HS.
I would also like to have my reservation at BOG, and 1900 Park Fare, and of course California Grill.
We might also do MK in the morning and Epcot or AK at night (Sunday)

I think we can see the fireworks at MK from the roof after our dinner at CG and the holiday firework when we are at the Christmas Party.
Maybe if I change my "Shopping day", we could take a park day both Sunday and Monday.. and take a shopping day on Tuesday.
Oh... I wish I could change some of my reservations :)

Hello again :)
"New plans"
Sunday November 4 = Start the day at HS, Lunch 12.25 at 50´s Prime Time

I have not canceled my reservation for BOG yet, hoping for another day.
