Would you pay $60 to....

I have a solo trip planned for December 1-5. So that only gives me three whole park days. I am debating on the hopper. I know I won't have it until I get there but....

The non full-day parks for me that trip will be HS and AK.

At HS, I would want to do Osbourne Lights, maybe Fantasmic, maybe Starring Rolls, and RNR.
At AK, the only thing I really care about is EE.

Of those, the only ones I don't get to do most trips is Osbourne Lights because we usually go in Sept (but I have seen them), and RNR and EE (because my son won't ride them.)

Would you pay for a hopper for just those few things?

It is essential to do this! Especially if it means getting to see things that are important to you.
Our first trip was an unplanned 2 day visit, and I had no idea what to do. I decided on the spot to buy park hoppers at the AK booth and looking back, couldn't imagine doing those 2 days without it. It was in early may 2007 and it was the least crowded of any trips we've done since. You can really pack a lot of touring in for that $50 over 3 days. Have a blast!

Absolutely. To me the shorter the trip, the more you need the hopper option.

If there was time Dec. 1 and 5 you could get a 5 day ticket instead. Dec. 1, you could do Fantasmic, RnR, and Osbourn lights. Then, the morning of the 5th, you could hit DAK before returning home. Price was it's $40 instead of $50 and you'd have more time in the parks.

I had a one day solo trip and I got the hopper. Best money I spent. I saw three parks (HS, EP, MK) and had a ton of fun.

I would. Traveling solo gives you an abundance of freedom to come and go as you please, so with a hoppe you could manage a lot. I think it is money well spent.
