Would you keep this ADR?

Kids are 7,5 and 22 months.

One must ADR for them is CRT. I was able to snag a dinner ADR but for 7:25pm. I'm second guessing it now because it's so late. My kids usually eat dinner 5:30-6:00pm the latest. Not sure they will make it.

Should I drop? Keep as is? Try to see if an earlier ADR pops up?

Thoughts?

Thanks

Definitely try touring plans to find something earlier. Good luck!

While it may be late at home, you might find it to be Ok while at Disney, if you are enjoying snacks between rides and especially if you have a time difference from where you live to FL. Will you be doing a mid-day break for the family/22 mo old? That would enable you to go back to hotel, rest, and return for some evening fun.

Thank you for your response!

The plan is to go to MK in the morning then have lunch at BOG at 1:40 with dinner at CRT at 7:25.

I would love to go back to rest up but not sure where I can fit that in w the ADR at BOG.

I agree with this. It isn't THAT late especially since you are likely to be off your schedule anyway. If it were a 9 pm dinner, I would say maybe cancel. It seems like you are having a late lunch anyway so you should be fine. I would keep looking if you are concerned. Something might pop up.

I would hold onto it and keep an eye open for earlier times. I don't think 7:25pm will phase your kids because they'll be having fun and they can also have a later snack to hold them over.

Keep it but try for earlier. I know that time would be too late for us. Also set up an alert on Mouse dining

With a lunch on the later side, dinner at 7:25 seems fine. But do you want 2 sit-down restaurant meals just 5+ hours apart? And if you move CRT earlier, it will be even less time between two big meals. Our four grandkids (will be ages 1-5 at the time of our trip) would not do well with a schedule like that but some kids are fine with it so you know yours best.

While depending on schedules etc., we often have to eat late at home; we don't like eating late at Disney. We've found that we just get cranky and hungry. Especially with those ages, I'd try to keep getting an earlier ADR, but if you can't get it, I guess you'll have to decide how much of a must is it for you guys. Have you tried doing lunch or breakfast instead?

I guess I can try for lunch but that wont fit in with BOG lunch that day.......I will see what I can rearrange.

Thanks all!!

I would consider going rope drop until BOG lunch, eat light (I don't know if they still let you order only 2-3 meals for your whole family, check restaurant board) and then go back to resort at 3p. Rest at resort from 4-5:30 and go back to park from 6:30-8:30 or later. If I had to chose (we've done both) I would keep CRT, eating in the castle is such a neat experience. I just fear if you don't give the 22 mo old a rest time eating at 7:25 could be disaster for everybody.

I like this plan. If I can't get earlier CRT, I will be following this. Thanks!!
