Just wanted to start a fun topic for a change. :thumbsup2

When we were in Cancun the beaches were topless. I personally did not go topless but there were plenty of people that were.

The beach we'll be going to in St. Maarten is clothing optional. I will not be suitless, but I don't particularly care if others are. I just hope that not too many of them look like me.

As long as they don't stop and stand in front of me, I don't care what other people do.

In this body, heck no. If I were built like a brick youknowwhat house, absolutely. :thumbsup2 Honestly, I have no problem with them, but I don't know if I could go to one without staring and giggling. I don't think I could just walk around casually pretending that everything is normal. I know that is childish, but that's just how I am. Nekkid people make me giggle.

women that have no clothes is beauitful, a naked man looks stupid

I wouldn't now - after 2 kids, no one wants to see that :scared1: :lmao:

Before kids I would have though ::yes:: My figure was the best it ever was :teeth:

Well, I wouldn't now, that's for sure, but waaaaay back in 1977 - 1980, I spent summers waitressing on Martha's Vineyard. There was a nude beach up island and yes, my best friend and I went everyday. Ah, youth. We really didn't think anything of it. There were some people there that were "lookers", but most people were just sort of free-spirit types.

We always said that bathing suits were a whole lot sexier than nude bodies, for the most part.

I wouldn't now but I have no problem if others are comfortable with it.

I did in my 20s--my boyfriend and his roommate and I used to go to the beach a lot. Once we ended up at a beach we hadn't been to in a while, and it had become a clothing optional beach! We were initially in shock, then decided it would be fun and went ahead and de-suited. :sunny:

I agree with the person who said that swimsuits are much sexier than nudity. Seeing a bunch of men, women, and children naked is not a "sexy" experience in any way. It felt very natural and wholesome.

I recently was at a continuing ed class for my professional license, and the instructor used an ice-breaker that involved a bingo-style sheet of paper where you had to find one person to answer in the affirmative to each question in order to win a prize. One of the questions was "Have you ever been to a nude beach?" A young woman was going from person to person asking this question and skipped me because (I guess) I'm "older." :hourglass She was in total shock when I volunteered that I had been to a nude beach. :joker:

I"ve been to one before. It was interesting. :scared: :magnify:

I have trouble burning parts of me that are used to seeing the sun. Can't imagine getting the rest of me burnt. That and having had 2 kids are pretty much a big NO.

Oh heck no!

I don't even like beaches in the first place, but this just compounds on the problem. No one wants sunburn on their naughty bits, but I can't imagine sitting there slathering up my personal regions with sunscreen in front of the whole world either.

Plus, there's the sand issue.

Sure; that'd be one way to get the beach to myself! :teeth:

I'm afraid if I showed up naked people would run screaming in fear.

Not my thing, but I have gone to clothing "optional" beaches with friends that enjoy the "natural" feeling. I chose the "clothed" option.

DH and I have gone (but kept our clothes on) It was no big deal.

In much of Europe it is nothing to see a woman go topless. I have spent summers in Europe (my Mom and Dad are from there) with family so it is kinda no big deal to me.
