The 3 of the 4 days we are at MK Peter Pan Fast passes are gone. Would you give up a Saturday night Wishes Fast pass for a Peter pan Fast Pass? Or we have a pre-park BOG ADR would you keep wishes and just run to Peter as soon as we are done eating then run and get in line for Anna and Elsa?

If you are staying in the park late, I would keep the Wishes FP and do PP later at night when crowds die down more.

If you are going during party season, Saturday nights are crazy busy, and you would probably appreciate having a (slightly) less crowded spot to watch Wishes.

Personally, I wouldn't want a FP for Wishes because that'd keep me from getting any additional FP during the day. I also prefer to see the fireworks from places other than in front of the castle.

Is a view of the fireworks important? They are visible in lots of areas. However, the time/stress to get a great spot may be greater than the time waiting in line for Peter Pan. Especially on a Saturday. Another issue I read that you may want to consider is that you have to pick a spot near the FP fireworks to watch the 1st parade. Otherwise you won't make it.

I think if you do Pan 1st A&E would be packed. I'd vote for doing A&E then Pan and keep the fireworks FP. Especially with how much you are at MK.

I think the wishes fastpass is a huge waste.

Keep in mind, though, that if you use a fastpass for PP, you will bypass the interactive queue - which is apparently better than the ride itself.

FP+ for Wishes is good if you have small children or much older adults - you have fewer hassles for maintaining a reasonably good view of the fireworks.

But as Alesia said, the queue for PP makes the fairly short ride worth the wait on standby.

I understand if you're only going to MK for one day and this wouldn't be possible, but if Peter Pan is a 'must-do' for your family - it's best done at Parking opening (a/k/a Rope Drop) and going standby…..or with a FP+ which avoids the interactive queue.

Really depends on the family too - my child dislikes waiting for the fireworks…..or Fantasmic

My least favorite thing about Disney is fighting for a place at shows, parades, etc., so I would say no. It will keep the stress level down.

YES. Drop it. We had one for Wishes the first hear it was offered and ended up finding a spot no problem so we switched it to something else last minute (and this was the week after Easter). I think fp for parades and fireworks are kind of a waste. PP usually has a long wait most of the day. We tried to ride it at night near closing in June and it was still around 45 min. Being a Saturday makes it even worse. If you're there during the least busy times of the year, then maybe you won't have a problem doing stand by.

Yes, because 1) using an earlier FPP gives you the opportunity to perhaps get more, whereas Wishes ties you up for the entire day AND
2) there are MANY great spots from which to view Wishes, and some report the FPP spot isn't even the best of them!

I would switch. I cancelled my fast pass for Wishes as I found a seat to watch it from. I can't stand that amount of time anyways and can't sit on the ground, will never get back up with my bad knees.

With the BOG adr I would do seven dwarves, followed by Winnie the Pooh and then PP. That should leave you with a shorter wait and some time in the queue.

Peter Pan always has a long wait, wishes can be enjoyed from tons of spots. Definitely Peter Pan for the fp.

I actually did this very thing on our last trip in August. We had FP's for Wishes but we watched it earlier in our stay and figured that if we saw it again, we'd be content with where we had to watch from. I think we made the right call as the wait times for PP were ridiculous. I will say that we were able to see Wishes from a great spot in front of the castle due to it having rained [hard] for most of the day and the park ended up being almost eerily light for a summer evening. We plan on getting a FP for Wishes on our next trip just to watch from that area in front of Casey's.

So my advice would be to get a FP for PP and watch Wishes from wherever you can get a decent spot.

Good luck.

Wishes FP was a waste for us. They packed in too many people for a tiny area (300 in that spot). Standing Room Only and no elevations for those of lesser height. It was far less crowded and more enjoyable on the walkway immediately outside the FP area.

Now we watch the fireworks from spots that are so uncrowded we can move around during them.

No, I wouldn't for several reasons. We like the interactive queue so we ride PPF first thing in the morning with little wait. We also use our fp+'s in the afternoon/evening anyway so we're not tying up our fp+'s with the wishes fp+. Lastly, we despise the fighting for a spot in front of the castle and won't even attempt to view Wishes without a fp+.
