Would you consider this ad weird?

No red flags really went off until I came across the part about sending a photo. Then it was like a flashing neon red flag.

What is really creep is what if it is somehow related to the fact that the house is for sale- like someone using it without the owners knowledge? Just creepy and I flagged it too. Maybe someone is just clearly out of touch at best- at worst well I don't want to think about it.

Actually, my thought was horny college frat boys. And I seriously doubt that's the house. But yeah, I'd ignore the ad. Don't wanna think abou8t it being a creepy old man. but bring your girlfriends screams party loud and clear to me.

I saw the photos b4 even reading hte ad and that's what set mnie off like a rocket. And if it is for sale and sitting empty, the agent who has listing is gonna wanna know about this ad. My though was that it wasn't the house, but if it is, whoever's using it likely doesn't live there.

BTW what category did y'all use to flag it? I wanted to pick prohibited, but not sure about that.
