If you were 75% sure that you were going to be going down to Disney, would you book your hotel now to secure a rate with a discount? Spring rate codes end today. Should I book and cancel later or just take my chances and see if another discount comes out. We would be travelling the 2nd week of June.

Personally, I would book now with the current discount and then re-book/modify the reservation if a new/better deal is offered. There is no penalty for re-booking (unless you within 45-days of your package, then there might be a change fee).

Edit: I would caveat this to say, that if you book now you'll have to put down the deposit ($200 for a package or the cost of one night if doing a room only). So if that's not an issue, then go ahead and book. If it is an issue, then you'll have to decide for yourself if you can afford to have that money tied up until you know for sure if you're going or not.

Thanks for the advice!

I went ahead and booked the BWI at the current discounted rate. I am doing room only so it just required 1 night plus tax, and no cancellation policy until June. I can modify it if some other discount comes out.

I just booked our trip for August today. If you are flying I would book now. The way the price of oil is going if you don't lock in your flight you could be paying a lot more soon. As already said you can always modify your reservation.:wizard:
