Would you book if there was only late seating left?

We definitely liked early seating for our family. If it were just me and my husband we would prefer late, but we eat at 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. every night and the kids are in bed by 8:30 or 9 p.m. I know that if we had late seating our kids wouldn't starve with all of the food on board by any means, but it was nice to eat early. I never, ever felt rushed - but we were back on the boat at both ports of call earlier than we had to be anyway. That being said, I would still book a cruise if all that was left was late seating!
