Okay, weird question, but I am in a debate with someone. Would it hurt you on your wedding day if one of the groomsmen kept talking to your new husband about how hot a girl was that was at your wedding? I would have to say yes because after months of tryign to look beautiful for your day, someone wont stop talking about how hot another girl is to your new husband. Please let me know your honest opinion it wont hurt my feelings.

Yep. Totally tacky! But such a "guy" thing to do...

I can see how some women would be very hurt (and I don't blame them!), but I think I would just be glad I wasn't marrying THAT tool!!

I think I also would have cozied up to the "hot" girl and casually mentioned every embarassing story I knew about that particular groomsman!!

I'm sure he was just trying to get a hook-up!

It's tacky for anyone to talk like that at any time, but boys will be boys.

So long as the groom isn't all "oh yeah, check her out, wow" then it doesn't matter what a groomsman says. If the groom is all into the hot chick too then there are much bigger issues than feeling overlooked on your wedding day!

OK, here is a guys opinion.... Most groomsmen are single and ignorant. That is why they are groomsmen. You don't ask a married guy with family to be in your wedding, you know that they have a family and it would be burdensome to ask them to take all that time out of a busy life. So, we find a few friends who are single (there is usually a reason that they are) and put them in your wedding.

Now, having said that, weddings are a great place to meet women. Single guys at weddings are like slobbering dogs watching you grill a steak. They don't know they look or act stupid, they are only interested in the steak.

I wouldn't mind those types of guys talking about the "hot" girl, but I would mind them slobbering over my "steak". (yes, steak is a metaphor for my new bride) I don't want some ******* telling me how hot my new wife was and trying to picture her sans clothes.

Every guy has some dumb *** buddies they ask to be in the wedding, so chalk it up to that and know that if he had said YOU were the "HOT" girl, he would have had his butt kicked by your lovely new husband.
