There is at least one party day a week that MK has early EMH, so make sure it isn't the one you're thinking of.

CP no longer has any PPO advantage since when you exit the restaurant, you're in with the crowds already on Main St at the hub. It does mean you're inside eating and enjoying characters instead of standing on Main St., but that's it.

IF the park opens at 8:00, you wouldn't have time to ride anything before you need to check in for your ADR, and then you would be eating during the golden first hour of park time.
