Would Sunday 3/20 or Monday 3/21 be a better day to visit IOA?

We will be at WDW in March for 5 days. We visited US in 2003, but children, who are now teenagers, want to see Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Trying to figure out which day would work best. We will certainly be waiting at the entrance by 8:00 am. Thank you!

I'm guessing Monday would be better since the weekend would be over and less people should be in the parks...just guessing though.
