Would someone please help me find this parade song?

This is a long shot, haha. I went to Disney when I was five and attended Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party. During the parade (which was a LOT different than the new one!) I heard this song. We have the parade recorded on VHS, so I know the song is real. However, I have no idea what the song is called. I have Googled some of the lyrics and found nothing!

Here is a chunk of the lyrics

"...a ghost will appear, out of the mist and the atmosphere!"

I am now fifteen and I'm desperately trying to find this song! Any experts out there know what this song is? I heard it on television last year for a generic party store and I called them and asked and they didn't know.

Any help is completely appreciated!

The song title is the Villian's Mix and Mingle. It has been released in at WDW on CD titled Magic Kingdom Event Party Music. Called WDW merchandise to see if it is still available.
