Would someone check AP rates for October?

We are going Oct. 19-26th, we have 2 adults, 1-13 year old, 1-7 year old 1-3 year old. We are staying at the POR for 7 nights. We also have a 2nd room for 2 adults. I just don't know if it will make sense to book a AP rate on this. I currently have a 140/night rate from AAA.

Not sure if there is a "regular" AP rate out for those dates. Can't get a Best Rate quote as you are within the 120 day cutoff.

Well, you are too close to your travel date to book with the "best rate" program. And unfortunately, the regular AP rates are not available yet for dates past October 4. Currently, your AAA rate that you mentioned is as good as it gets for now. Keep watching these boards for the next few days, as I believe AP rates for room only came out during the last week of August last year.
