I have been to WDW 30+ times and we still continue to go, especially since we are DVC owners. For some reason, I am having trouble figuring out which ticket would be the best to purchase. IF-and this is a big IF-I would head to WDW in late July I would need tickets for myself and two teen DSs. We would fly in Saturday afternoon(no parks) and fly home Thursday morning(no parks). We really go to Typhoon Lagoon for the new slides. So we would have 3 park days and one water park day. Park hopping is a must.

In your opinion, what is the best ticket to buy? I am thinking a 3 day park hopper ($218) and then buy a Typhoon Lagoon ticket ($36) for one day. If I figured correctly, it should be about $254/person??

OR-is there still the length of stay offered??

Thanks so much!

Karen... I am also using a 3 day ticket for my trip in June....

However, I figured out it is only 61 dollars more to get a 7 day ticket with no expiration!!
you may want to look into that since you are DVC members.

Karen,

Two things...does that TL price take into consideration your DVC discount? Also, we were doing the ticket debate as well and decided for the additional $178 (2 adults) we opted for the AP's with the DVC discount. It was $631 for the two of us. We are spending 5 nights at WDW in April and figured it was worth the money to upgrade and bite the bullet and go next February also. It will save us money in the long run - just forces us to go earlier next year than we wanted too - I know what a tragedy!!

I just looked at DVC water park discount, so I could take $4 each TL ticket. HHmmmm..but then I was looking into DVC AP discount and can get 3 AP for $295 each. That would allow us to go into a park on Saturday night and after a day at the water park. BUT-we would still have to purchase a water park ticket.

Don't forget to add tax!! I believe they come out to $314+ each adult ticket! But if you're going next year, before the passes expire, then think about how much you could save :rotfl:
